Return Exchange & Cancellation


Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 15 days from the shipping date to return/exchange your purchase.

You must e-mail us at to receive a return authorization prior to returning your purchase(s). No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct Return Authorization number.

For any return, all items must be :

1. Unused, unworn, unwashed condition.

2. With the tags still attached and original packaging.

For the return or exchange service, we will take care of the return postage if anything is wrong with the product. If there is nothing wrong with the product and the return lowers your purchase order below the free shipping rate we will have to charge a restocking fee of 15.00$. There are also no returns or exchanges for products on sale. We are not responsible for shipping fees on items bought on sale.

To expedite return service, e-mail us a photo of the defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff. If the merchandise damaged, worn, used or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, Eternelle reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the delivery process.

The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.

You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.

It can take up to 5 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. If you do not see a credit to your account within 5 business days, please contact your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
