Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

 If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, wants to quickly correct the problem. 

We will gladly exchange the item(s) or simply refund the amount you paid within 15 days of the shipping date.

All items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, in their original packaging with all original tickets attached.

We will also pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item(s), etc.). Restocking fees of 15$ may apply if returned item(s) are not defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after the transit time for us to receive your return via the same payment method used for the initial online purchase. 

If you need to return an item(s), please e-mail us at to receive a return authorization number with details of the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with the details and further instructions. 

Please note that all sales items and wholesale sales are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange. (This includes all items in our “sales” section and the sales that have benefited from the wholesale discount.)
